I wish Icould give 0stars. This place will take you for afool, recommends all sorts ofexpensive tests, treatments and supplements unnecessarily founded, all quotes are almost half ofthe actual cost. They are after money and that isall.
Long story short Ibrought mypet for aspay. Iwas told she needed treatment for diseases that Irefused testing for convenient then the deposit Imade was again conveniently exactly asmuch asthe blood work (paid almost asmuch for the blood work ast
he actual spay was supposed tocost) the procedure was not done and Iwas not even refunded. When Iasked for rates and proof ofhow much the blood work costs they refused toprovide only giving mea receipt for mypayment. Completely sedated mydog for noreason because noprocedures were done. (She couldn’t walk for 12hours and cried relentlessly ifI wasn’t holding her) Pressured mein person toremove teeth and then again over the phone hours later after Ialready declined. Total.Hot. Mess this place. Iwas told she had low blood platelets. Took her days later toanother vet toget tested and she was perfectly fine. This place isa scam and they are all frauds after your money. Donot risk your tile and money for these rude insensitive and dirty business people.FYI initial quote was 500—700for spay. When Iarrived the quote they wanted meto sign was over $900. And that was without the extra teeth they wanted toforce meto take out which conveniently fell out ontheir own aweek later asI knew they would.
Trust yourgut. And trust anyone inthese reviews that tells you donot trust one person inthis office.
And Idare someone totry toexplain their criminal ways ina comment below mypost. Don’t waste your time. Blaming people for your wrong doings.

It took mea long time towrite areview for this clinic, mydog passed away inAugust 2022, this doctor has noclue ofwhat heis doing, bevery very careful and ifyour dog isSICK you MUST ASK THE DOCTOR IFHE TOOK BLOOD FIRST, Mydog was very sick and hedidn’t take blood just prescribing medicine that didn’t work, Itrusted this doctor mydog passed away ifthe doctor would oftook her blood she probably wouldn’t ofdied.

I had tocallDr. Williams here atArchcreek animal again because mydachshund was bitten bya iguana and her ear was ripped, The receptionist Idon’t know the name isalways kind and helpful and gets meright inespecially since itwas aFriday night and they were getting ready togo home they took the time with meto make sure mydog was OKJermaine was quick tocome out and help mewith myCookie, they took her inand did surgery onher ear excellent job asthey alwaysdo.Dr. Williams cameout and explained what went on10stitches,five infive out and that Ineed tocome back, then Jermaine came out with Cookie he’s always sohelpful kind gives methe time Ineed toanswer all myquestions Ican’t say enough ofthese guys myonly issue isI wish wecould goinside the office tosee what’s going on… – show

Dr. Williams isknowledgeable and cares somuch about your pet and that you are comfortable with the care your fuzzy child receives. The clinic staff are friendly and attentive with follow -up calls tocheck inas our pet recovered from surgery after being discharged.

I found alittle kitten dying outside hewas sopoor and Ibrought him tothis clinic and itwas anexpensive visit but they saved him and gives amedication that works for kitten and really soon hewas completely fine, now helives happy cat life atnew home
I never get inside this clinic because they pick upanimals from your car and then calling you back for pick themup, they help kitten tosurvive and that’s what isimportant about them. Thank you00

I went tothis vet because Ifound good reviews, and itwas the opposite, you can never talk tothevet, the staff they have isnot well trained, Itook my2and ahalf month old pet toget the parvo vaccine, they gave itto meand 10minutes after leaving the clinic, they called mesaying that hehad forgotten togive him the parvo vaccine,
very disappointed inhis service, somuch sothat Ino longer trusthim, the check-ups theydid, Iwill have totake him toanother veterinarian00

I went soseveral places with mybaby Mikel hegot bit onhis tail and had alimp tail. Norun around bsvery reasonable and fast and this was the only place that understood the issue and didnt push unnecessary treatments. Very friendly accommodating staff great communication even bubbles would take his cats here instead ofsam lasco place 5stars all theway!

Conveniently, every service mydog required was outside ofthe coverage ofthe pet plan. The documents showing quotes for services that they show mebefore they take take mydog inare typically 20—30% lower than what they call meand say the bill willbe.
They are nice over the phone and I’m sure they take care inwhat they dobut still somehow Ifeel taken advantage of— they charge me300$+ apop per visit (with pet insurance) and donot provide grooming.
They will get their foot inthe do
