This place used to be pretty good, was the only dispensary I'd go too. However, with the introduction of recreational, they killed off all of their deals. Now you can get 2 half gram cartridges for $90 when in the past that would have got you 2 full gram carts. Screwing the hell out of your medical card users in favor of the influx of newbie recreational users isn't going to go well in the long term. Doesn't help that their employees seem to get more and more clueless and their lines longer and longer. A shame really, probably won't ever come back unless they put out some real good deals, but that's really doubtful at this point.

This place has lost it's customer service since the recreational stuff happend. The bud is good, but some of the staff were plain out rude and frankly seemed careless. I am a medical patient and they made me wait in the recreational line and had people cut me. I didn't understand as to why but hey, to me it seemed all they cared was my money and not me as a patient. Not coming here anymore. Period.

This is the worst place I've ever had to do business with, the complete lack of professionalism from the management is the main reason I will never spend my hard earned money at because it seems like some of the people working in positions they have no business working in because they treat you like your buying drugs from a trap house in the sense that your money and business are not appreciated because your just one of a hundred dozen people coming to pick up so they will lose my business for ever because the management here doesn't honor the prices that are presented on leafly you might get told things like "your browser must be outdated because we don't see what you see on our screen even though the order was completed by them but the price is not the same according to them so I drove 25 miles to get the deal presented to me on leafly and I got told NO WE DON'T HONOR THE PRICES ON LEAFLY.

Horrible, still treat medical like sh*t, won't allow walk ins but takes forever just to get a online order, I placed it at 6am and still nothing at 9am. Honestly hate how all dispensarys don't care for medical because of rec. So stupid I'm just trying to get my medicine but I can't even do that.

Visited on opening weekend. Good deals and great service from Cheech. Thanks!

Iam happy they opeand a swell n south phx first of all I like this spot great. customer service walk in with a smile walk out with a smell great prices I would highly recommend to all my buddies i'll be back next week and the following week

Worst service ever. I've ben a long time customer here as a medical customer now I cant even get an order filled. I was told o well first come first serve. Wow curaleaf is a joke now that its recreational this company now said screw you medical patients your no longer needed

The energy of the budtenders here is "swell!" My first time there they were very helpful. I even got there at the end of the day, but there wasn't a single question they didn't answer. I live in the east valley and still travel to this Swell location because of their deals and assistance.

This was my first visit to Swell it was an amazing experience the staff was very knowledgeable and funny they made me feel like I've been a long time customer they have a great selection to choose from I would recommend this place to anyone I promise you will leave with a smile on your face
