So @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS and idea if the service is going to come back on in London today? Also it would be a good idea to update your service indicator on your website in line with what your CS is explaining on the live chat.
Alex (@AlexRM) reported fromCamberwell, England

Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

I can’t work from home today because my @Hyperoptic wifi has now been broken for nine days, I can’t cycle because it’s too hot, and the only form of air conditioned public transport is on a restricted service 😔

@edstub207 However there has also been an increase in energy bills over Winter, and I believe most places charged more because of this. In terms of Internet, if your area has HyperOptic I recommend them. Never been with anyone other than Virgin, speeds were ok, customer service wasn't :')
Oliver Haslam (@OliverJHaslam) reported
@Ricker666 That UL is impressive. That seems to be what lets everyone down — I think Hyperoptic does synchronous gigabit down south, but I might be remembering wrong. I now get a paltry 50-ish
