Disturbance, Lakewood Avenue: A woman told officers at approximately 2:35 a.m. on April 5 two girls tried to get her niece to come outside and smoke marijuana with them. A DNA match was recently made, prosecutors said.

Byrne was brought back to Cleveland from a Tennessee prison, where he is serving 20 years for raping a 9-year-old girl. Sentencing for both is set for April 24. Keith Marks, 57, of Cleveland: Sentencing by Judge Steven Gall was postponed until April 25 for possessing and downloading child p*rnography last year from the Internet. Marks pleaded guilty to possessing criminal tools and 22 counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor. He is a member of the 86th Street Quincy Boys Gang. on charges of felonious assault, abduction and patient abuse was postponed until Wednesday.

The caretaker at the Koinonia Group Home in Broadview Heights is accused of assaulting and breaking the shoulder of a mentally disabled resident.
