We provide business-focused and independent services around client issues. Due to unprecedented market demand, we now have several opportunities at different levels to play a key client facing role in this area. The BRC team works with the clients to provide technology risk consulting services on how best to design, test, implement, stabilize and optimize the security & controls of ERP applications and other legacy connected systems to meet our client's objectives. With this we provide insights to our clients enabling them to reduce cost, improve effectiveness and quality and better manage their ERP landscapes, risks and controls and Segregation of Duties (SOD) for the processes supported by these systems.

Your RoleBusiness Development / Pre-Sales:To assist account leaders in identify opportunities at clients place, lead and convert the opportunities by performing end-to-end activities like client presentations, proposals building, solution discussions and demo with client spocs. To manage and grow key accounts as agreed with business leaders.

Project Delivery ManagementTo manage and deliver engagements related to Business Blueprint and Configuration Reviews, Business Process Controls Review, IT Controls Review, Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Sensitive Access Transactions (SAT) Review, Ruleset Design & Reviews, Mitigating Control Design & Reviews and Role Redesign for various business applications.

Required Skills

• Developing relationships with key internal and external channels in support of on-going delivery and future business development
• Identifying new sales opportunities
• Managing the development and delivery of technical proposals and developing relationships with senior client staff
• Should be able to manage a team of senior associates and associates
• Should have strong technical and functional understanding of Business applications - Internal Controls / Segregation of Duties Framework
• Should have collaborated with different teams to define technical and functional requirements, to identify and resolve the client needs & actively participate in client discussions and meetings
• Project finance management and risk management experience will be preferred
• Should have awareness of various business technology risk services
• Should have in-depth techno-functional knowledge in SAP or Oracle ERPs

Preferred QualificationsCA / ICWA / CFA / MBA / Engineer (Engineer-MBA combination along with CISA and/or DISA certification shall be preferred). Candidates with certifications will be preferred.
