Everything you need to know about tickets to the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo 2024 (2024)

The Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo is right around the corner. The event is being held this year from Jan. 12 until Feb. 3. From the signature rodeos to the musical acts and expansive stock show grounds, there’s no shortage of things to do over the course of the 23-day event.

Here, we break down what you need to know about ticketing for the different parts of the 2024 Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.

Rodeo tickets

There are several rodeo events taking place at Dickies Arena over the 23-day Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo. Attendees have a few options to choose from to secure their tickets.

Regardless of purchase method, there will be a $7 service fee per ticket for all gallery seating. A $2 fee will also be assessed on each order of tickets.

Ticket prices for the different events start as low as $30 but vary based on date, seat location and availability. Children 2 and older are required to have a ticket for admission.

All ticket holders get admission to the stock show grounds on the day of their event. This includes any exhibit or competition, the trade show and admission to the Bud Light Roadhouse and Corkyard at Simmons Bank Plaza. Admission to the Mooseum Experience, which includes the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, Cattle Raisers Museum and National Cowgirl Museum, also is included in the cost of a rodeo ticket.

Online tickets to Fort Worth rodeo events

The most convenient way to get tickets to the different rodeo events is via Ticketmaster. Tickets for each individual event can be purchased online or via the Ticketmaster app. The app allows attendees to use their phones for ticketless entry into Dickies Arena, transfer their tickets to friends or sell their tickets to other fans.

Attendees must present a mobile ticket for entry. PDF copies will not be accepted for entry.

Get tickets in person for Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo

Tickets can be purchased in person at the Dickies Arena box office. The box office can be accessed from the southwest corner of Dickies Arena, which is located at 1911 Montgomery St. Free parking is available for anyone making box office purchases. Normal ticket office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.

How to buy tickets by phone

Tickets can be purchased via phone Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. To speak with a person at the Dickies Arena box office, call 817-502-0011.

General admission tickets

General admission tickets are available for attendees who wish to visit just the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo grounds.

General admission tickets, which can be purchased at any gate or ticket window, provide access to the many nonticketed attractions on the grounds. Tickets include any exhibit or competition, the trade show and free admission to the Bud Light Roadhouse and Corkyard at Simmons Bank Plaza. Admission to the Mooseum Experience, which includes the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, Cattle Raisers Museum and National Cowgirl Museum, also is included in the cost of a general admission ticket.

Tickets cost $12 for adults and $6 for children ages 6 to 16. Children 5 and younger get in free. There is no online option for daily general admission.

For attendees hoping to save a little money, there are promotions for free general admission on select days.

The stock show grounds are open daily from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Souvenir pins for stock show ground access

Attendees who plan to visit the stock show grounds on multiple days should consider a souvenir pin, which includes access to the grounds for all 23 days of the show.

Souvenir pins are $50 each and can be purchased at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo office, Dickies Arena box office or at any ticket window during the show.

Magic Money wristbands for the Carnival Midway

The Carnival Midway is one of the oldest and most legendary features of the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, according to officials. There are acres of excitement for kids of all ages, including a Ferris wheel, a mega-drop and several rides for children.

Admission to the Carnival Midway is included with the purchase of a reloadable Magic Money wristband. For $50, the wristband includes 50 credits and admission to the stock show grounds.

The midway is completely cashless. All purchases, including games, food and rides, is deducted from the balance on the wristband. Wristbands can be reloaded through the Magic Money app available in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Magic Money wristbands can be purchased at the Dickies Arena box office, Fort Worth Stock Show offices, any entry gate or at the midway.

Stock show parade tickets

On Saturday, Jan. 13, starting at 11 a.m., more than 2,000 horses will be joined by marching bands, floats and dignitaries in the streets of Fort Worth for the All-Western Parade.

The stock show parade is free to the public. Reserved seating tickets for $20 at Sundance Square or $12 at the Convention Center are available and can be purchased via Ticketmaster, by visiting the Dickies Arena box office or by calling 817-502-0011.

All tickets for the stock show parade must be purchased in advance. There will be no on-site tickets available the day of the parade.

Tickets purchased on or after Jan. 1 will be available by will call only and must be picked up at the Dickies Arena box office at 1911 Montgomery St. Online tickets will not be available after Jan. 11.

One-day general admission to the stock show grounds is included with the purchase of all parade seat tickets, which is good for any day during the stock show’s 23-day run.

Auditorium Entertainment Series tickets

The Auditorium Entertainment Series is held in the Will Rogers Auditorium and includes several big musical acts, including Old Crow Medicine Show, Trace Adkins and more.

Tickets for some shows start at $25 but vary based on the artist performing, seat location and seat availability. Tickets can be purchased via Ticketmaster.

Tickets to the performances include admission to the stock show grounds. In some cases, performances may coincide with a rodeo performance on the same date taking place in Dickies Arena. A concert ticket does not include a rodeo performance.

Vine 2 Wine events

Vine 2 Wine allows attendees to dive into all things wine. This includes educational opportunities to learn about grape growing, the science and art of wine making, and identifying the qualities of a great vintage.

There are three different activities that make up Vine 2 Wine, some that require tickets.

Sip & Shop

Sip & Shop lets attendees sample a variety of wines while visiting with winery representatives on two different dates. Tickets also include access to the Rodeo Shopping Area.

Tickets cost $20 and include a commemorative cup, 10 tastings, a tasting card for taking notes and discounts to participating retailers.

Sip & Shop tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite for Jan. 17 and Jan. 24. Tickets do not include parking or admission to the stock show grounds.

Wine camps

Attendees who are looking to learn about and sample wine can attend one of two wine camps on Jan. 24 or Jan. 31. Experts lead discussions on viticulture and wine making while attendees enjoy featured wines.

Wine camps are complimentary with grounds admission but are available on a first-come basis.

Bubbles & Bites

On Jan. 28, local restaurant chefs serve unique brunch bites while attendees sample sparkling wines from around the world.

There are several ticket options for Bubbles & Bites depending on what else attendees would like to do that day. Tickets are $65 with admission to the stock show grounds or $50 for just the Bubbles & Bites event. For $93, attendees can attend Bubbles & Bites plus the rodeo that day in sections 208 to 210 in Dickies Arena.

Attendees should show their electronic or printed Eventbrite ticket at the gate for entry and it will be scanned for admission at the door of the event.

All tickets include a commemorative Vine 2 Wine Bubbles & Bites cup.

Parking

There are a few things to consider when parking at an event as big as the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.

The cost to park in all seven parking locations is $17 and cannot be purchased in advance. Major credit cards are accepted. Ins and outs are not permitted.
